Team

We are a collaboration of multi-disciplinary health and wellness professionals based in Pinellas County, Florida. We partner with naturopathic doctors, functional medicine practitioners, chiropractors, CHEK practitioners, functional diagnostic nutrition professionals, addiction and mental health professionals, community schools and organizations, and many other health and wellness professionals. We are here to provide education and advanced wellness support services to promote optimal wellbeing for all of our clients.  We take a holistic approach and offer services for the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.  We offer our clients a variety of packages tailored to their individual needs.

Sara is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MT3401) and certified Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP). She loves to work with individuals, couples, and families who are facing challenges and seeking wellness. Her clinical expertise is diverse and her passion lies in helping people create the lives they want for themselves; her work is solution-focused and client-driven. Sara is registered as an experienced Yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance and is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. She teaches from her experience in the Hatha tradition, including Ashtanga, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, where she makes Yoga accessible for individuals with varying abilities and special needs.

 

Sara spent two years as a researcher for the Community, Family, and Addiction Sciences Department at Texas Tech University. Her primary research includes family dynamics of addiction recovery, mindfulness and the therapeutic relationship, mindfulness-based treatment of eating disorders, and the spiritual aspects of recovery. She received clinical training at Texas Tech's Family Therapy Clinic, where she treated individuals, couples, and families. She facilitated an eating disorder support group at the nationally renowned Center for the Study of Addiction and Recovery and provided individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents in the juvenile justice system. Additionally, she was a therapist in a residential treatment center where she specialized in eating disorders, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health issues and developed a yoga curriculum to offer empowering, strengths-based recovery support to the patients.

Whether her clients are seeking clinical therapy, wellness support services, or Yoga training, Sara provides a safe space for self-exploration. In her free time, she enjoys being with her husband and their "fur babies"- a Border Collie named Lilly, Chuck the German Shepherd Dog, and Rosie the cat.

Todd Maison

Todd is a licensed Clinical Social Worker, Master Addiction Counselor, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, certified Wellness in Clinical Practice Professional, and certified Wilderness First Responder. He completed his education at University of Michigan, graduated with high honors, and received The Maize and Blue Distinguished Scholar Award.

 

His experience in the field covers a broad range of positions, including administration, case management, direct clinical care, and extensive work in nonprofit and educational settings. He participated in an international field placement in Cape Town, South Africa, where he practiced adventure therapy for adolescents with disabilities, facilitated art therapy for adults with severe and persistent mental illness, and facilitated individual and group sessions at a community detox center and sober living facility. Additionally, he has led many national and international expeditions with students and other professionals.

 

Todd spent many years in the collegiate recovery field, where he supported students and student veterans in recovery from addiction. He co-founded Students for Recovery, a student organization at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. He was the program coordinator for the Center for Students in Recovery at the University of Texas-Austin and a Research Associate at the nationally recognized Center for the Study of Addiction and Recovery at Texas Tech University. Todd’s specialty is compassionately  supporting people in their pursuit of health and wellness. 

 

Todd loves being in the outdoors, his favorite activities include mountain biking, hiking, mountaineering, racquetball, basketball, meditation, yoga, and standup paddle boarding. Todd’s greatest love is spending time with his wife, Sara, their two dogs, Chuck and Lilly, and their cat, Rosie.
